At Petalia, every order is handled with care to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • A confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout.

  • Once shipped, a second email containing tracking details is provided.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 8–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information

Every shipment includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking details are sent via email once the order leaves the fulfillment center.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to fully activate in the carrier system.

If tracking information has not been received within 5 business days, please contact support.


Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately due to fulfillment logistics. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.
